About Me

Growing up I never really enjoyed the normal ball sports that my peers were interested in. After years of trying everything from baseball, basketball, tennis to track, nothing excited me. That was until fourteen-year-old me discovered parkour.

From my first session, I knew this discipline would change my life. When I started the older parkour athletes took me in as one of their own. I became the “younger brother” of the community. The older members would share their years of experience with me and bring me on their parkour adventures up and down the East Coast. In addition to the pure fun of doing all that parkour, I met countless friends and learned the value of community in a way I never previously would have understood.  I am eternally grateful for those formative years in my parkour training.

Moving down to Florida from New York was the beginning of the next stage in my parkour journey. This was when I began sharing my knowledge and experience with those who could benefit from it. A fire within me was ignited when I realized just how much of an impact I made on my students’ lives. I’ve become the “big brother” that I looked up to all these years.

Whether I’m running classes at a gym, planning parkour programs, or teaching private lessons, I love it all. It is my pleasure to provide students with the life-changing, character developing, experiences I enjoyed in my teenage years, all thanks to Parkour.
